Drop Seat Post Brackets Finished product

did the finishing touches on the seat brackets witch included welding to frame and the seat pan

Primed:

Chopper Shox Drop Bracket Seat Mounts

made some custom mounts for my chopper shocks seat pan,

Useing a Plasma Cutter I Cut Four 3 1/2 inch long plates out of 1/8 think steel

 

then using the old mounts as guides drew in the mount holes

Then drilled a Pilot hole

then end up with theses

 

 

then did some more cutting and grinding to make room on the frame..

then set everything up and started to tack weld

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

Becuse one of the brackets shifted re-tacking is going to need to be down as well as some sanding that was missed.
